The tradition of maturing in oak casks forms part of Jacoulot’s heritage and expertise : a strong aromatic complexity together with a great finesse.
Some of our best oak casks used for the maturation of our famous Marc de Bourgogne have been sent to Scotland for the further maturation of exceptional and rare Highland Single Malt whiskies.


Our agricole dark Rum des Pasteurs, from Martinique, reveals candied orange peels aromas as well as toasted and slightly vanilla notes. You will enjoy drinking the White Rum des Pasteurs with its aromas of freshly cut sugar cane, on crushed ice or in a traditional Ti’Punch.
