Maison Jacoulot has been making crèmes and liqueurs for many, many years. In the beginning the products were made from fruits found easily in Burgundy: particularly blackcurrants, vineyard peaches and sloes. As our expertise grew and in order to meet the demands of liqueur lovers always on the look out for new flavours, we now produce a very broad collection of crèmes de fruits and liqueurs in a great variety of flavours.
We use different processes to extract the aromatic components of the fruit or plants with which we work: mainly maceration and distillation. After these stages are completed, we add sugar syrup to determine the type of product: 100 grams per litre minimum for a liqueur and 250 grams minimum for a crème.

Classic (Crème de Cassis, Raspberry, Blackberry, Mint, Lemon) or more contemporary (liqueur of Violet, Rose, Cherry-Ginger, Raspberry-Pepper, Chestnut), enjoyed neat or in a cocktail, the Jacoulot crèmes and liqueurs offer a whole raft of delicious flavours for you to explore.
