Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer, who is therefore responsible for the accuracy of this information. Depending on the order volumes, shipments are entrusted to a postal service or a carrier. The customer must validate the conformity of the delivery with the delivery person and, in particular, indicate in writing any reservations when all or part of their order is broken or missing. We deliver to mainland France according to a transport rate calculated during the order placement.
The delivery time in this area is 7 working days (i.e., excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays) from the order payment date.
We also deliver to Germany, Austria, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, with a delivery time of 10 working days from the order payment date, including French duties and taxes in the product price. It is understood that the buyer agrees to pay any duties and taxes related to the legislation in force in their country. For these destinations, the transport rate is also calculated during the order placement.
For other destinations, a specific quote will be established when the potential buyer has expressed their wish in terms of quantity and quality.
In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, you have a period of seven clear days from the receipt of your order to return it to us, with the return costs and responsibility being your responsibility. They are subject to change by Jacoulot, without notice, especially as certain parameters may be modified by legislative decision. Shipping costs depend on the quantity ordered and the destination.
Our items are offered within the limits of available stock, and in the event of a stock shortage, Jacoulot will notify the customer by email to offer a replacement solution or a refund of the missing product(s).
