Jacoulot Ratafias de Bourgogne

Discover the essence of Burgundy through our traditional Ratafias de Bourgogne

The Ratafia of Burgundy, emblematic of our know-how, is made every year at harvest time. The same evening, the freshly pressed grapes give a naturally sweet grape juice. To preserve this sweetness, we add our Fine de Bourgogne, thus stopping the fermentation.

The product retains all its natural sugar and becomes the famous Ratafia of Burgundy at 17°. It is therefore a completely ecological product, as it undergoes no treatment.

White Ratafia from Burgundy

Made from the iconic grape varieties of Burgundy – Chardonnay and Aligoté – our Ratafia de Bourgogne Blanc seduces with its finesse and balance.

Anisés

A Burgundian story

Created in 1855, the F. Bouhy distillery, historically located in La Clayette, specialized in the development of herbal aperitifs such as Pastis, its signature product. In 2007, seeking to diversify its expertise, Maison Jacoulot acquired the F. Bouhy distillery and thus gained new skills.

Today, we offer a range of three Pastis, the result of a transmitted know-how and our touch of boldness.

We would be delighted to share it with you during a visit to our distillery in Burgundy.

  • Traditional Pastis: A blend of essential oils from star anise and Mediterranean herbs (green anise, fennel, lemon balm...), enriched with a liquorice infusion for unique aromatic complexity.
  • Blue Pastis: Enhanced with a touch of Curaçao and bitter orange.
  • Red Pastis: Made from a red fruit infusion, a tribute to our liqueur-making heritage.

Absinthe, timeless elegance

Our Absinthe is the result of a perfect balance between maceration of grande absinthe and distillation of petite absinthe. While grande absinthe provides its brilliant hue, petite absinthe delivers its complex aromas and light bitter notes, characteristic of this mythical drink.
