The secret of this Bitter Orange liqueur lies in the orange zest, originating from Seville.

Maison Jacoulot rigorously selects oranges to ensure the quality of this liqueur. The zest is removed manually, a very delicate process as we avoid the white layer of the peel that would add more bitterness.

With a “gourmet” orange color, the nose of our liqueur is refined, complex, with a seductive freshness. Its flavors are generous. The sugar is well-balanced and the persistence on the palate is quite long.

Cocktail “Spritz Bourguignon”

In a large balloon glass:

  • 3cl of Jacoulot Bitter Orange Liqueur
  • 10cl of sparkling water
  • 15cl of Prosecco (or sparkling wine)
  • 1 slice of orange
  • Add ice cubes and stir
