Produced from the distillation of wine and wine lees. We work with Burgundy wines made from the Pinot Noir grape variety to create this Eau-de-vie de Bourgogne.
Our Fine de Bourgogne, aged for a minimum of 7 years, is extremely delicate on the palate, revealing both suppleness and subtlety.
The robe of our Fine de Bourgogne is a beautiful golden yellow with copper highlights. Then the nose offers a wide range of dried and candied fruits.
You’ll then notice buttery, toasted notes and a hint of honey.
To finish, the palate is dense with great balance and a powerful, rich finish.
To be enjoyed as a digestif, served at room temperature, or in cooking, for flambéing prawns.
