Liqueur à la Fleur de Sureau

Presentation

This Elderflower Liqueur is made from a maceration of elderflowers.

Its lovely robe is clear with green highlights.

The nose develops a bouquet with floral and fruity notes, slightly sweet.

The palate is exotic with notes of rose and lychee, a hint of citrus, and a fine acidity on the finish.

Tasting

Neat over crushed ice or in long drinks. Pairs perfectly with a sparkling wine.

Cocktail "The Hugo Spritz"

In a large balloon glass :

• 3cl of Jacoulot Elderflower Liqueur
• 10cl of sparkling water
• 15cl of Prosecco (or sparkling wine)
• 1 slice of lemon
• Add ice cubes and stir
