Although not from Burgundy, rum is an integral part of Jacoulot's history and culture.
The first contacts date back to 1944, the year during which the Marcs de Bourgogne were requisitioned by the army.
To ensure the survival of her family business, Germaine Jacoulot decided to bring rum from Martinique.
Since that time, the tradition has continued, and we apply our House's know-how in selection and barrel aging to a range of dark Rums, sourced from traditional distilleries in Martinique or Réunion.
Warm, elegant, and indulgent, it can be enjoyed neat as an aperitif or a digestif.
