Made from 2 varieties: Bergeron and Sefora.
Sefora apricots bring a tangy side while the sweeter and milder Bergeron variety offers delightful indulgence.
To extract its full essence, we let each variety macerate separately for several months before distilling the fruit.
The fruit's flesh brings a rich and velvety texture, while the pits release delicate almond aromas.
