This Eau-de-Vie comes from the distillation of the Ente plum, a beautiful plum originating from the southwest of France.
After distillation, it was patiently aged in oak barrels for 10 years. This gives it exceptional roundness, finesse, and a beautiful length on the palate.
Its amber color is the result of its barrel aging.
It is enjoyed neat as a digestif served in a chilled glass, or mid-meal with alcohol-soaked plums and a scoop of blackcurrant sorbet.
