Jacoulot has always selected many varieties of fruit for maceration. We create new liqueur recipes every year.
It therefore seemed natural for Jacoulot to develop this recipe for cherries in eau-de-vie. We carefully guard the secret of this juice, which contains some of our Eaux-de-Vie and Liqueurs.
To the eye, you will see a dark red cherry. The nose is fruity and intense.
On tasting, you’ll enjoy a perfectly crisp fruit.
Aperitif: Cherry in eau-de-vie + Jacoulot red fruit liqueur + Crémant de Bourgogne,
Dessert: chocolate/cherry charlotte with Jacoulot cherry in eau-de-vie
Digestif: neat or in a glass of Jacoulot Marc de Bourgogne
