Produced from the first pure juice obtained by maceration.
You can enjoy our “Le Pur” Crème de Cassis with 3cl per glass, topped up with Bourgogne Aligoté, Mâcon Village, crémant, or champagne to make a Kir or Kir Royal.
On its own served in a chilled glass, as a topping for a chocolate cake or sorbet, or in a vigneronne coupe with sorbet and a dash of Jacoulot Marc de Bourgogne.
