Our Pastis is made from star anise essential oils and the distillation of Mediterranean plants (green anise, fennel, lemon balm…).

Blended with a red fruit infusion, a direct link to our craft as liqueur makers and fruit specialists.

This Red Pastis will remind you of a certain fruit name (when combining an aniseed spirit with a syrup).

Tasting

You can enjoy our Red Pastis diluted with 5 parts water.
