The White Ratafia comes from the emblematic grape varieties of Burgundy: Chardonnay and Aligoté.
A white-gold appearance. Our White Ratafia reveals citrus notes. You'll find a lovely long finish on the palate, full of indulgence and fullness.
Ratafia is made each year during the harvest. On harvest evening, the pressed grapes yield a sweet grape juice which, if left to ferment, becomes wine.
To stop fermentation, we mix 2/3 grape juice with 1/3 of our Fine de Bourgogne. The product thus retains all its natural sugar and becomes the famous Ratafia de Bourgogne at 17°.
This is therefore a completely ecological production, as it undergoes no treatment.
