Our blackcurrant comes from the “Noir de Bourgogne” variety, which gives it exceptional aromatic qualities.

Harvested in early June and macerated for over 2 months, discover a fruity cream full of sunshine. Taste the indulgence! Limited quantity.

As a digestif / dessert: Neat with an ice cube

On cottage cheese, panna cotta, sorbet or vanilla ice cream.

Cocktail

In a glass:

• Add ice cubes
• 2 cl of Cassis Nouvelle Récolte Jacoulot Cream
• 4 cl of Gentiane liqueur (Suze)
• Top with a good tonic (optional)
