3 cl Jacoulot Coffee Liqueur
3 cl Vodka
1 Espresso
1. Pour the ingredients into a shaker.
2. Fill the shaker two-thirds full with ice cubes.
3. Shake vigorously for 7 to 10 seconds.
4. Strain into a pre-chilled cocktail glass without ice.
5. Garnish with 2 coffee beans.
Temperature: serve this cocktail well chilled, with ice.
Variations: for a sweeter touch, add 2 cl of cane sugar syrup to the shaker along with the other ingredients. For a more intense version, slightly increase the amount of Jacoulot coffee liqueur.
