Loutsa Roaster has selected an organic Grand Cru Coffee, the result of an exciting collaboration with Maison Jacoulot.
Grown at 2000 meters altitude, in the shade of the Ethiopian forest, the specialty coffee cherries are handpicked, slowly ripening as they fill with sugar and complex aromas.
It all begins with a maceration period of the coffee to extract the very essence of the bean aromas.
This is followed by fractional distillation to select the best flavor. The nose reveals pleasant cocoa notes.
The blend is finalized with a perfectly balanced sugar syrup.
